It seems likely that coronavirus is going to hit US much harder than China so while I'm sure they will be bounces there is likely more downside to go. Also, some stocks are somehow still way overpriced.

I nearly took him up on it as a hedge. Today I nearly pressed the buy button on OXY when it was 20% down. It ended in the positive on the day, smh. I suppose there are lots of things I nearly do.

Some of those airlines should go out of business. The government loves bailing out poorly run businesses though.

Re the UK flight border staying open...I imagine it’ll be like what we did with China and Iran. Those citizens could fly to Aus via a country with an open border but they need to wait 14 days in that country before flying here

Just got back from Frys/Kroger. Huge run on ice cream, no TP to be found, everyone stocking up on booze; but vegetables and flour are largely untouched.
