Pretty rusty at Holdem as I've spent past couple years in the plo land.

2/5 NL Holdem, 7 or 8 handed
Hero EP w AKo: Playing Tag, leaning nitty (Covers)
Villian 1 to my immediate left: Solid room regular/pro playing TAG w some creativity (1200)
Villain 2 to his immediate left: room regular (500ish)
Villain 3 in small blind: fishy initial read (260)

Hero raises to 20, villains call. All else fold.

Flop (85): KdJd6c
Villain 3 leads 35, hero raises to 115 total. sizing choice designed to threaten me re-shoving AI if Villian 3 decided to go AI. Not worried about him, but the two behind me. Obviously it's on the small side relative to pot size.

Pre I like to make it a bit bigger: 25-35
Flop about the same.

I like a little bigger PF and a little bigger OTF.
As played, OTF, I think I'd go as high as possible while making sure that if SB goes all in, that will be a qualified raise that reopens the action.
He started with 260, and has 205 left after PF action and his donk bet. By making it 115 you raised his bet 80, so if he reraises all in, his raise will be 125 more. Which will enable you to shove (or have threat of shove). That's a nice size and I'm not criticizing it.
I might go just a touch higher, like 135. That's a raise of 100, and he'd have 105 more to raise you.
He's unlikely to call and leave himself 105 for the rest of the hand so he'll either shove or fold. And the players acting after you aren't going to chase a draw at these prices.
But, not a lot of difference btw the sizes. How you played it seems good to me.

Grunch: Seat change please. Why do you have two solid players to your left?

Generally I'd go bigger OTF, but I can see the point of the implied re-shove.

No excuse. Was leaving shortly, but should always move in that spot.

Wait, what? Why wouldn't we want the solid players on our left? That's exactly where I want them (unless there are nits, in which case I'd rather have the nits on my left).

Looks fine

Seat hopping is so annoying / vibe killer.

Yes looks good all around to me. Whoever said raise bigger pre thats a terrible idea. Why raise more in early position so you can play a bigger pot out of position?
