2/5nl 9 man live.

im BB with jj and stack of $620

utg +2 limps ($1500 stack), cutoff raises to $35, everyone else folds action to me, i elect to call. utg+2 3bets to 110, cutoff folds.... i tank and call.

flop is QcKcQs

i check, utg+2 raises to $250, hero ?

Should I be folding or 4 betting pre? any errors in my play on this hand?

You have provided no reads/descriptions of Vs. This is pretty important.

I would probably 3-bet a CO raise from the BB with JJ mostly.

As played, usually a limp/rr is a monster and to call you are essentially set mining OOP and don't have implied odds.

Obv flop is a fold as played.

3 bet pre. As played if villan is capable of 3 bet bluffing, reraise to about 200 to the 3 bet, and fold to a 5 bet. Otherwise fold pto the 3.

I wouldn't 4 bet personally, but I agree with fatman, 3 betting > calling since you are OOP. Charge them a premium to play with you. If you get 4 bet from UTG +2, probably fold (maybe you can find a call if you have a read, but most people don't have a 4 bet range that isn't KK/AA/AK).

Yeah, JJ is an easy 3! vs a CO opening range in the BB. AP, I fold to the l/rr. This screams monster and JJ is right at the cut-off of too weak to call a l/rr OOP. I think an interesting question is what to do with QQ though - seems too weak to fold it, what would people do vs the 3! ? 4!/f? 4!/c? Flat?

it's not too weak to fold queens if we think he's only doing this with aces or kings. I wouldn't feel bad about folding at all. I would need proof that he's done this with AK before going with queens for the most part. I don't 4b/f queens, if I'm going with the hand I would call. There are cases to 4bet but in general folding to a 5bet would be upsetting (we would lose our chance to setmine and possibly stack his aces). If I 4bet I'm calling it off.
