Question about how to adjust my game

I've been grinding 1/3 500 max bet for 440+ hours and my winrate is $26.61/hr
On the table, I would say I'm a TAG but I'm trying to be balanced so I bluff some of the time
Sometimes, I value bet 3 barell with mid pair against weak players.
But then, 2-3 good players on my table pick up. So they are more likely to call me.
What is the best adjustment here? Do I just play tighter as soon as I triple barell with mid pair?

Too general to really answer, imo. Who you are against in a given hand makes way more difference than whether you recently got three streets of value with a meh hand. Just pick your spots and your Vs.

Play tight from early position.
For TPTK and overpairs continue to 3-barrel when heads up and consider betting large on the river for value.
With weaker middle pair hands, don't 3 barrel unless you think they will call with worse. Check back river or turn.
Remember its okay to value-own yourself sometimes as long as you profit more from your thin value bets in the long run.
