What would be a good deal for fully backing someone in a live 1/2 game (300 buy in). Very skilled experienced player with bad brm skills. Offered 30% of profit.

50/50 profit split. You guys have to decide the details of the bankroll. ie. payout profits after every session? bankroll on a session by session basis? or give him X amount of money to play and settle up in X amount of time.

For a guy with bad BRM (read: degen), I'd probably want to stake him on a session by session basis. ie. You give him money to play the session, at the end of the night, he pays you back the buy-ins + 1/2 profit. rinse, repeat.
