Table: 2/5, Wednesday afternoon, 2:30 pm.

Hero: I've been pretty aggressive so far. Playing 32/20/3. Up a decent amount from my initial buy in. Bought in for $500, won a few hands (OP vs flush draw) and a few with raises and cBets. I've only shown down 2 hands. One was QQ when I raised pre flop. One was QTo when I raised in LP and got 1 caller. Flopped top pair and stacked someone with a PP below my TP after I checked the turn and he shoved.~200bb

Villain: He has been pretty quiet so far. Opened 3-4 times in the 1.5 hours that we've been at the table. He 3bet me once when I opened weak once (3bb instead of my normal 5bb+1bb/limper) and I folded. He's been opening 5bb pretty much all the time. One time he opened after 3 limpers and made it 6bb. He hasn't shown down a hand yet. cBets every hand, and won all 3 of them. 105bb

Pre:
A few folds
Hero opens from MP to 5bb with QQ
A few folds
V 3bets to 20bb from the BB
Hero flats

Flop (40bb): 742
V bets 25bb
Hero thinks for 10 seconds and jams for 85bb effective (60bb more)

Standard?
I'm not sure if I want to give him a chance to bet the turn again with any of his two high card type hands, AK, AQ or if I'm better off getting it in now.

Please put $ amounts because most of us are thinking in terms of $s rather than bbs when making a decision at the table.

Looks fine. Depends if you think he barrels turn with bluffs or not.

I'm fine with the jam.

I don't see us very often behind V given his line, combined with info/reads.

Really feels more like AK or JJ.

I also would prefer to 4b pre.

I like a 4 bet pre. Flop line looks good considering he is cbeting 100% of the time. He's playing this the exact same way TT+ and AQ+ so I think the jam is a profitable play, considering he is getting 2.5 to 1 on a call I expect him to call with that same range.

I wanted to check with CREV what are the exact EV of the different lines here.
Can someone gives me his estimation of Villains range so I can compare if mine are not too much out of the track?

1) 3-bet range
2) c-bet range
3) Call the shove range
4) 2nd barrel range
5) c/f range OTT

Thx!

It's kind of impossible to give him a 3bet range without using generalizations given it's live and we've only been playing with him for a little bit.

I like flatting pre IP and I love jamming flop because that's what we should be doing with our JTss and such.

Plus, I don't think this is a board where he is going to double barrel. What do we have that's going to call flop and fold turn? FDs maybe but we jam that OTF some % of the time.

I guess. I'm still used to sizings from online 6max and didn't really look at the sizings this hand.

I am never 4b folding for 105bb effective stacks here. 4b to ~50bb, call all shoves and shove all flops.

4betting for half your stack can't be the right play in almost any scenario. Std 4bet sizing online is 22BB and that is followed by a 5b jam. With sizings being bigger live i feel like 4b jamming over his 20BB 3bet is good if we are going to 4b

this but especially in a live 2/5 game there never stacking off pre without AA/KK/QQ

therefore flatting with QQ is optimal

then on this flop you can shove for value against his TT+ AQ+ range or random flush draws

well played

4betting wil fold out almost all hands you beat IMO vs typical villain-
however if hes a loose gamblish donk then yes 4betting is standard and the right play

but vs a random i flat and get it in on the flop
