Villain is a funny mini duck dynasty looking dude. More importantly he's playing relatively tight but pretty aggro in the pots he's in. I'd guess around 20/15 and probably a 90% + cbet frequency and high 2 barrel frequency. He hasn't shown down much but when he has they've been legit hands if a bit over played. The one real oddity was that he raised on a AQxKJr board and showed AK and lost to the obvious T. He's sitting on ~$500
Hero has QQ in the SB and has a bit over $300
Preflop
folds to V who raises to $15, folds to Hero who calls, BB calls

I flat vs 3! pre because I anticipate this being HU and don't mind that at all. I decide to passive this because I figure this V type will bet a much much wider range than he'll call. Run out isn't disastrous for my hand. I'm behind the AA, KK that are in V's range. Set's (quads) are unlikely because well quads are unlikely.
Is this passive line terribad? Now that we've gotten here has V demonstrated enough strength to make us fold or is this a clear call?
