Oaks Card Club, 1/1/2

V1 (UTG), Old Guy, tight passive, ~150 stack, raises to 5 (not seen that before from him or anyone, usual table raise is 10)

Hero(UTG+1) - ~300 stack, 2 red queens, 3 bets to 17, been at table for 90 mins, seen as nitty (if anyone is paying attention) due to being card dead, only one showdown where I stacked a 150 stack with flopped boat vs trips.

V2, Old Guy - stack, loose passive ~ 80 cold calls

V3, Button, Young Lag, ~300, cold calls
Blinds fold
V1 calls

Four to the flop, Pot $66 after rake.

Flop 4s, Ks, Th

V1 checks, Hero checks planning to call small bet (mistake?), V2 shoves for 69 more, v3 folds, v1 folds, hero?

Make a read and go with it. If there was somebody else to act or villain was deeper I would fold pretty automatically. I favor fold fairly strongly given villain shoved into a 4 way pot and his description means shoving a draw seems unlikely. His stack put him in a shove/fold situation though so I would not exclude draws entirely.

Given stacks checking the flop isn't bad. Given pot any bet more or less commits you vs V1 and V2 and given the flop there is no reason to think you are ahead in a 4 way pot. This is a check/evaluate with an eye towards folding to any bet.

You have three scenarios where you're clearly ahead:

1) He flopped middle pair and thinks you missed or thinks he can get you to fold for a PSB flop bet.
2) He flopped an open ended straight draw
3) He flopped a non-ace flush draw with no pair.

Your slightly more realistic best case scenario here is that he's drawing with AsXs without a straight draw and even in that case you're only a 55/45 favorite.

The rest of the scenarios you're pretty thoroughly dominated.

You have to decide if a tight passive player is likely to fall into those first 3 scenarios. Otherwise, it's not worth it. I'm guessing he's not likely to fall into those 3 based on your very brief and general description of him, so I'm folding here most of the time.

I ended up folding (and he didn't show). I felt my play was weak sauce in hindsight, but good to see above that it didn't seem totally inane.

My past ability to read people in these situations has not been good, and so I feel I may be over folding.

Loose passive jams PSB 4 ways, seems like an easy fold with 2nd pair.
