4pm, just changed tables. Down about $450 at this point.
1/3, 8 players.
Hero is UTG with QQ (having lost the last seven times with this hand) and open raises to $14 with a $300 stack
V1 - CO (65yrs, TP)($150) calls
V2 - SB (45yrs, dirty, needle marks - just sat down and unknown)($197) - shoves all-in for $197

What do you do?

Seems like you are playing tilted. I'd fold and leave. Also I'd fold QQ here. If you are confident in your skill post flop then you are giving away that edge by ending all actions pre flop against an unknown player. In the off chance he has KK or AA which he can you are behind. And these rec player with short stacks often do. So I'd fold and find a better spot. Now if you have previously seen this particular shove junk then I'm shoving here JJ+ and AKs

Sub 70 bb, seems an easy call.

I know. The action is on you . I'd fold there. If I was going to play that hand it would be a shove here with the CO still left to act.

I called, figuring that against an erratic play like that I was probably ahead more than half the time. Player was a gambler.

In this instance, he had AA and lost the hand.

Correction: I lost the hand.

Last 3 times with aces I got all-in and got rivered twice and on the other occasion an opponent flopped a set (and I lost the minimum).

Depending on how loose / aggro the table is and what the most common stack size is, I'll often limp QQ in EP to reraise (the smaller the stacks, the tighter / passive the table, the more I raise).

As played, I probably call against an unknown that looks like this. It seems to me he's not looking for a call and would rather have you fold. Only the nittiest nits want you to fold when they have AA/KK.

ETA: As others have stated, and from the looks of the badbeat tone of your posts, if you're going to survive at this game, you're going to need some mentally very thick skin and a solid belief that your system is a winning one. You might also ask yourself why you play this game. If it is for fun and you're not having fun, maybe you should take up another hobby.
