$2/$5 - Effective Stacks are $420

Hero is BB with QQ.
Folds to Hijack who limps.
Cutoff Limps.
Button Makes it $25
Small Blind Calls $25
Hero calls $25
Hijack calls $25
Cutoff makes it $110
Button and Small Blind fold.

Reads:

Button was playing super tight/nitty. I saw him play probably 4 hands in a matter of 2 hours. He raised each one and either took it down with a flop cbet or check folded.

No reads on small blind.

Hijack was terrible. She would call down with any part of the board. On one hand I saw her check call big bets which ultimately put her all in on the river on a 9TJxx board. She lost to KQ, and said "ow wow I didn't even know a straight was possible I had KK"

Cutoff was weird. I saw him cold call any raise for $20-$25. When I first sat down, he had around $100 in his stack. I pick up Kd7d in the cutoff, folds to me I make it $15. Small blind calls, and he calls out of BB. Flop is 3h3d7h. He check calls $25. Turn is offsuit 2 and he ships his last $60. I call and he shows me AA.

When button opened, I was debating between three betting and just calling. I put button on a tight range that includes PP, AK, AQ, AJ, AT. I would expect him to fold everything but JJ+, AK. If I three bet I also lose Hijack and Cutoff who would have no problem calling $25 with 100% of their range but would fold to a big three bet.

Thoughts on just callign the $25 vs three betting?
What is our play now that cutoff limp reraises?

Thanks.

Given all of the dead money in the pot and effective stacks are only 84BB I'm going with the hand and raising all-in in here. Cutoff may occasionally be trapping with KK+ here, but I think they call also have AK sometimes AQ and also be trying to squeeze with a hand like 88-TT to pick up all the money in the pot. Another added benefit here is that from the cutoff's perspective you are very unlikely to have a hand as strong as QQ here given you only called PF after the button raise/SB call and may be willing to call the shove somewhat loosely after already committing $110 as a result. Unlucky if he showed up with KK/AA here but in the long-run shipping is the right play here.

I hate the over call because you set yourself up to see a 5 way flop with QQ. Cutoff did you a HUGE favour. Now GII.

If you three bet out of the BB are you calling a shove from either the Cutoff or Button?

If I'm 3 betting to 100-120, then I'm really not deep enough to fold to a jam, so yes.

I prefer a 3bet the first opportunity.... I don't want to play QQ OOP multiway.... I'd prefer just taking it down if that's what happens. As played, the cutoff 3 bet just looks fishy to me. I could see either calling - trying to draw in hijack - whose range we beat... or raising all-in. I think I prefer the call. And I'm leading non A/K OTF

Can't tell without more hands, but it kind of feels like CO is not the sort to play AK this way.
