Call.

Him calling the flop against an obvious C-bet does not mean much.
The turn hits, yall check

then river he bombs it, I think he has an A high type hand. If he had a T he would probably bet a little smaller since most likely you don't have much. The J looks like a blank and he might be trying to push you off of a small pocket pair

Also, we should never be 7x'ing with a hand like QJoff with these stack sizes.
A lot of players at this level will play tighter after the flop than they play before the flop. They will be calling stations before the flip, and then play fit or fold after the flop. Raising those players in position after they limp and c-betting (and often double barreling) is very profitable and is a great way to exploit the mistakes they make.

QJo is a marginal hand at best so I don't think limping on the btn is going to make as much money.

PF: OK.

F:
(3) handed. Pot is $68 ($59 is not correct per your description of callers). SPR is 4. Checked to us and we fire a cbet of half pot. OK. So we get one caller.

T:
Pot is $138. We've put in 18% of the effective stack. BB check and we check behind. Looks like we are giving up here, which is fine.

R:
Pot is $138. We spike a Jack. BB bets $80 (about 60%P). So the BB has given a line that says we are beat. He likely is not betting here with a hand like A6. He's basically saying "I have a ten, and now I'm going to value bet it because I don't want you to check behind" or he is saying "I have a set, I just called your flop bet becasue the board was dry. I was hoping you would be the turn but you didn't now I have to bet the river"

I doubt this guy called your PF raise with hand like 57, flopped an OESD and now is bluffing the river.

Absent other reads, this looks like a pretty standard fold.

I started checking back made hands on the turn more frequently a few months ago. I was shocked at how often Vs will bluff the river after I check the turn.

Everyone seems to known what a c-bet is these days. They figure you're firing most flops, but when you check the turn, they think you missed the flop and were just c-betting. Non-nitty Vs bluff the river a lot more than I thought when hero takes a line that's: raise pre/c-bet flop/check turn.
