I raise the flop to $65

AP, I bet whatever I think V will call OTR. He may be trapping with the nutz, so be ready to catch some kind of obvious tell if he raises. I probably can't fold though, unless it's too obvious.

I'm betting ~$125. AI isn't getting called a lot I don't think. Targeting aces up or maybe even just a big ace. Not at all worried about the K flush. If she has it, she has it.

Calling flop is good
Anything other then jamming river is horrendous

katman have you ever played 1-2? a 60 year old woman minraises to 90 and you have second nuts.......I'm never jamming turn but river I can get with jamming

I don’t think jamming river is right. $235 is a massive bet in live poker (1/2), even tho less than full pot. Think you have a much better chance getting called if you bet something like $110

scott you are 100% right I think after she checks river we should include Ax 2 pair combos we want to get paid by...people forget what 1-2 is like ...its funny how they think u jam here they fold a lot but if u bet 100 they snap call I just want to see everyones opinion

I don't think shove gets called by many worse hands, even like a 9x flush might fold

So if you lead anywhere from 75-125 looks ok, or even smaller if you want it to look like a blocker bet

I'm not sure how much strength min-raise shows here, it could easily be villain is not interested in going for any more value

Yes, I have played 1-2....and 60 year old women do not min-raise the nut flush on the turn in a multi-way pot....especially the loose aggressive pre-flop type.

typical 1-2 mentality I don't want to scare them away so let me min raise ...I don't know what 1-2 you play but when a 60 year old woman raises alarm bells go off

Flatting the turn is pretty strong but so is cold 3betting. You should probably be mixing it up but with our stack size I like a shove.

People saying shove river, I don't think have much experience in live 1/2.
We have QThh, so we have the 2nd nuts and block the 4th nuts.
Theres only 1 possible J high flush in her range J9hh. Maybe that will call a jam, but that's one combo, and could also fold to a jam.
It is much more profitable to bet a size all of her flushes will call.

Against a reg that you have history or a dynamic with, jam is more profitable, but not against an old lady.

People don’t fold flushes at these stakes. Either they’ll just snap call cause flush, or they’ll tank for a few secs and call cause flush, or they’ll tank a bit longer, convince themselves you’re bluffing with the Kh, and call.

Shove is just a pretty standard play regardless of where it's at. Maybe 1/2 pot but whatever. If she is only calling the river with the nuts you should be jamming on her a ton

Obvious turn jam is obvious. Obvious river jam is obvious. LLSNL villains don't fold flushes.
