Protect my nuts? Turned nut flush OOP against LAG

1-2 NL Holdem home game.

Hero has 300, image of being tight. At this home game I'm a supernit.
Middle position.

V1 has about 300 in front as well. Loose Passive player in the Lo Jack.

V2 LAG young white guy with about 250 in front. Cutoff.

Hero has Ad-10d and limps.

V1 limps

V2 raises it to 7.

ok price is good, I doubt the 7 raise means a strong ace. It's probably suited connectors. Hero calls. V1 calls Blinds fold.

($24)

Flop comes Qd-7c-5d

Hero has nut flush draw. Hero checks. I want to see this draw cheaply against a loose passive and a LAG.

V1 bets $5

V2 raises to $35

Hero calls. V1 folds.

Turn is the 8d.

($99)

Hero?

Since you are a supernit you are relegated to check calling down.

That's why the style you play sucks.

Bet for value most of the time. Protection isn't a significant issue here but you paid quite a bit to draw to your flush and you need money to go into the pot. Your best pay off comes when villain has a lower flush so there is no need to be subtle here.

Split between check, bet $30 and bet $60 each roughly 1/3 of the time. You can fine tune the ratio depending on villain. Check a bit more when villain is a bad lag and will bluff too much. Bet $60 more when villain is mostly going to give up unless they have a big hand when the flush comes in.

The $30 bets give villain a chance to draw to their sets/two pairs but will also induce raises from his better hands and some bluffs.

Also, if you are a real nit and are never betting anything but made flushes in this situation then it's probably not going to be worth while to pay that much on the flop.

Whatís the reason of being a super nit in the home game? Just curious

Pre: how often is ATs in your limping range?

Flop: looks good, hero is getting just the right odds, especially against LAG V.

Turn: check and let V stab at it again. The 8d is a great card.
Both C/R and C/C are both options typically But like spyutastic said, based on earlier streets, your image and style, your backed into a corner and you need to never lead turn here as it would make you easily exploitable.
Really your entire style is easily exploitable. Donít be a super nit. Lol

Ap:
Check call turn

River: Iím mixing in checking and leading. If lead river, it needs to be a small bet to get value from Vís Qx hands that would typically check back.

You guys ever play in home games before? Raise and reraise with junk. All in with gutshot draws. 9-4 suited? Call a preflop raise to 25.

I'm not a nit ...but I am compared to these guys.

Top Pair, 2 pair, a set, a weaker flush. I'm getting paid by leading out the turn? If they have nothing, they aren't calling anyways.

Limp-call with ATs vs players with ridiculously wide ranges, then not raise vs a LOL lead an a raise from a LAG reacting to that LOL lead. You ARE a nit, and it's costing you mountains of value.

Check turn and hope villain doesn't put you on the obvious hand that you obviously have. Lead most rivers small if he checks back.

Limp calling $7 with ATs makes my head hurt.

Re: Protect my nuts? Turned nut flush OOP against LAG

Checking is probably best vs a lag but your hand is pretty face up no matter what you do here. Leading smallish like 50-60 can't be too bad either as I would expect sets, weird 2 pairs, and some KdQx type hands to peel one off. But most likely V is just done with the hand once you call and the obvious draw gets there unless it's a .cooler situation. This is why playing nitty is bad.

Preflop just open to 7-12 or whatever is standard, not a fan of open limping unless you are doing it to trap because someone is shoving 300 pre with any 2 cards.
