Turn: There is 0 doubt a check/fold was in order here.

River: There is so much out there, and I couldn't figure out what he was repping here. I decided to fold because I knew a much better spot would present itself sooner than later.

I posted results earlier, but not sure if anyone noticed.

I folded face-up, and he showed me a 5-6 for a busted straight draw with a pair of 6's that hit on the river.

I saw.
Why did you want to lead the flop though?

I think this is a good spot to c-bet, even 4-way. We can easily have AK, and it's very hard for V's to continue without a K, set or 56 exactly. We also can improve and/or have good barrel turns with BDFD, BDSD and an overcard.

Basically, this is one of the best boards that we miss I can think of to c-bet. K-high and dry. Only way it could be better is if the 4 was a 3 or 2.

Eh, sorta disagree. I'd add 7x and 88-TT to V's continuing range. If each villain calls with a capped range of 20-25%, they each have a fold rate of ~66%. That means we only get all villains to fold <30% of the time. I guess hero could make a $50-60 bet and it's close enough to profitable. Add in hero's potential equity pickups on the turn and it's probably ok. Pretty thin though.

I am on board with cbetting here.

But make it $75. As I would with dry Queen high flop.

35 getting all villains to fold 25% of the time would be amazing, my plan A assumes I'm using that to bully people off on the turn even if unimproved. (80+% of pot or more)

That's fair enough. We check/calling or check/jamming? If check/calling, how much are we comfortable calling in this spot?

My best advice to you is to move down in stakes

Resultsare not so important. Only in the sense that we can enjoy the good game of villain.

He tried to steal flop with SD. Bit lose 4way but it is possible cos SD is his only bluff and he can valuebet sets, maybe KQ. Actually he could bluff even more, add some hands with BDFD.
Ott he correctly called, board is safe and IP he should have no raising range.
Otr he bluffs 3combos SD plus KQs/sets for value, it is even balanced range. Well played.

H has to fold river obv, because OP got to the river with to wide range now he pays for the lose call otf, unable to defend his river range.
