Preflop facing a open against 2 LAGs Preflop facing a open against 2 LAGs

Hi guys I need your help
This problem occurs from time to time and I don’t know how to adapt properly.

Hero: BU, 100BB
CO (solid player nothing out of line) opens to 2.5bb

How should hero adapt his range? SB and BB are LAGs (loose aggressive).
My normal game plan would be:
- Against fishes (loose passive) sitting behind → increasing flatting range (they would continue with a ton of hands against my 3bets)
- Against REG sitting behind → increase my 3betting range (otherwise they would squeeze me light)

But what should I do against LAGs: They are continue with too many hands (like a fish) but in the same time 4betting aggressive (like a REG).

THX

Tighten up. Less calls overall and very few calls that can't call a squeeze. 3bet some/lots of the hands that you'd normally call but now don't, how much of those hands go into the 3bet range depends on the CO.

General strategy against a lag is play tight, do not check raise your strong hand on flop and continue let them value own themselves. If you have a fd on flop, got it on turn? Check to lags, let them keep barreling

OPs question is about preflop. In position on the button.

I think you should not adapt your range much if at all. The guy is a solid player, probably opens a solid range. He should be the main focus for your adaption if one is needed at all, just play a standard range of hands you would against a CO open from the BTN. If you know what that range is, just play your normal game. If you donīt know that and just play on the fly, youīre likely overadjusting and ending up guessing with every KJo, 99, AT and 97s whether to fold, 3bet or flat, and it gets a mess real quick.

The presence of two overly loose players in the blinds should not play into your strategy too much imo; itīs imo doubtful that they are really getting THAT often out of line that adjustments are needed. If they are really squeezing something ridicolous like 30% here, donīt 3bet CO to keep your strongest hands in your range but 4bet/gii quite liberally for 100bb if it gets squeezed and folded back to you.

But I honestly doubt that, most loose players would just defend their blinds in this spot with a pretty wide range (as anyone should do.)
Overly aggressive players are fish as well. Itīs just not as comfortable to play against them compared to loose passive calling stations.
