Pots odds are so good that I'm mostly shoving. I would have to pin his range at AA/KK and nothing else to fold. With those odds I'll gladly take coin flips. Heck, your odds are so good you are not doing that bad against KK.
Isn't V1 too short to even worry about this? In any event I think he's much wider than just AA/KK here, this is not a typical limp shover. What happens is he's calling ATC, and realizes he's super short so may as well shove.
