This really needs more context. This deep everything you know about villain and some idea what villain thinks of you matter. What is his play style and your play style? What sort of calling range does he have for your raise preflop?
The way this hand played out makes it even more important. After you down bet the flop and then don't carry through the situation on the river is a huge live read. Villain could have JJ/TT here and think they have the best hand or could have a straight and is hoping you won't fold AA/KK.
