open raising builds a pot with a hand that's going to be very easy to play most of the time. we don't ever have to limp we can just fold or open raise our entire range utg.
always open raising avoids us other weird spots like where we limp aa to limp reraise but instead the blinds just come along and now we have aces and there's only $6 in the pot.
