Villain has a very high bluff frequency. I have called down his bluffs multiple times tonight. He has put a couple other players all in when he did have strong but not nut hands. He is way up now and seems even more care free than before.

Utg straddles for 10. Villain utg + 1 double straddles for 20. I open for 85 with 10h, 10c in BB and only villain calls. (182 in the pot)

Flop is Kh, 9s, 3c. I check, he bets 85, and I call. (352)

Turn is Kd. I check, he bets 100, and I call. (552)

River is 4c. I check, and he bets 300. Hero? Comments on other streets also welcome.

What kind of hands has he been showing down when bluffing? Just random hands that he's been barreling away with, or just draws? If he's really bluffing a lot then call down and embrace the variance.

Preflop, I would limp/call some of the time also and even limp/raise occasionally if he is a maniac type.

With this sort of villain and this type of flop you really need to decide on the flop if you plan to call him down or not. You can't call flop and then give up turn/river very often without bleeding a lot of money to a bluffy villain. You should be c-betting this flop a lot.

Turn bet is suspicious, with him betting small after the second king hits. This may signify villain has a K and doesn't want you to fold or that villain is making a cheap stab, getting a read on any bet sizing tells is very helpful with this sort of villain. On the river there is nothing to do but make a read and go with it. How often he triple barrels, if he will barrel on a dangerous board and your history with this villain all matter.

It depends on previous bluffs, really. He's fired 3 barrels here, on a very dry board.

His range is pretty polarized to a king or air.

Based on what you've written in your post, I probably call. However it truly depends on how he has played his bluffs in previous hands.
