I'm new to the table, so I don't have much of a read.

I raise in MP with 9

Folds around to limper in EP who calls. His stack is probably a little over 100.
Flop is K

EP chks, I bet 12, he call.
Turn is 6

Chk, chk.
River is 8

EP bets 17.

Call or fold?
Play it any differently?

What's your raise amount pf? (Or, alternatively, what's the pot size on the flop?) I have no idea what your flop bet size is relative to the pot.

Ask yourself what he is calling the flop with then betting the river? Everything got there.

(KX + FDs).

He wouldn't bet something like 56 or A4/77 as worse can't call and he has okay showdown value.

Huh. By the river we can rule out Kx hands IMO because Kx hands are betting that blank turn.

Pot is ~ 60 at our decision. 17 to call.

No. Turns not even blank wtf.
Most people check to the aggressor. He's not donking out a completed flush turn with KX.
