1 seat i think he made it 7 but he might of limped
button calls
hero small blind makes it 25 with ak:heart
bb calls
1 seat calls button calls

flop j 10 and 4

so i flop flush and straight draw plus overs i check with the intention of check raising.

bb- bets fifty he has like 400 dollars left
1 seat calls 50 he has 38 dollars left
button calls 50 he has like 110 dollars left
back to hero.

so i have bb blind covered.

i figure i have two moves here all in or call. bb seems like kind of a whatever retired guy plays too many hands and might call off too light. i pretty much got scared if i pile it in and get called with the k-j and lose that kind of sucks.

i don't know just kind of got scared and ended up just calling.

my question is how light do you think bb is calling off here and how much of an issue is it that the two other guys probably have very little fold equity considering the pot is not now bigger than either of their stacks. in another words the guy with 38 dollars isn't folding and the guy with 110 should not really fold though i guess they both might.

If seat 1 limped, raising 25 is too much, 18 would be fine.
If seat 1 raised to 7, 25 is not enough. Make it 30-35.

Bet the flop yourself and shove most turns.

AP, shove over the 50 bet and get there.

Not sure I agree with your flop advice. We’re getting 5-1 to draw to our 12 outs. Also, bb is just bet into 3 people and is described as possibly calling off too light. That doesn’t sound like we have a whole lot of fold equity when we shove. Am I a nit for just taking my odds and then reevaluating the turn?

As Played, Shove, realize your Fold Equity. Your hand is doing well enough against the ranges of 3 players in this position that it's worth going with.

This is like the easiest shove ever. Calling is fine, as we can crush lower flush draws, but I'd rather just win all that juicy dead money.

I’m in the call camp just because idk that we have any fold equity

Me too (in order to lead/backshove), but AP now I would deffo shove. You could have as many as 18 outs (15 nutted) and you will likely get it HU with a made hand with a pretty big overlay OR just take it down unimproved. Both are very good results.
