I would like to get some suggestions how to play against some players (special old man) who
plays very passive preflop with all limp and call the raise, but check raise a lot of
flop and continues bet aggressive on turn in $1/2 live cash game

Are you talking about me? Some of us old men prefer to make our money on the later streets and have learned not to blow our wad just because she spread her legs for us.
Translation: Keep the pot small until it's time not to keep the pot small.

This is a very vague question. What kind of holding is he doing this with? If it's basically always, just let him spew off and call his bets whenever you have SDV. That seems unlikely though. Much more info needed to answer this well.
