These are not critical factors in constructing your own ranges.
If you won't accept that you are losing value with AK as a flat, perhaps you will accept how losing too much AK from a 3b range is devastating to your EV of that range. Do you really think it's easier to play deep and oop against a good player when the majority of your 3b range is AK light?
Does it really matter if we have AK as long as villain perceives us as having it? There are a lot of ways we can attack this.
If we think villain is going to defend at $60-70 sizing and the villains behind are going to fold then I'm going to replace AKs with JJ/TT and be more value heavy.
If we think villain is going to defend at $60-70 sizing
*AND* the villains behind are going to call then I'll keep the AKs hands in there since his range will be harder to play with two villains behind and we can still overflush them.
If we think villain is going to fold at $60-70 sizing (his AQ/AJ stuff) and the villains behind will call then I'll be value heavy at TT+ while swapping AKs for A5s and A4s since they should have less Ax hands defending the 3!.
Whatever adjustments I make are going to be exploitative. But I'm not going to sit here and say "3! cuz AKs" without looking into the situation any further.
Further, AKs is 4 combos. We still have 12 combos of AKo we can decide to just 3! as a default and tweak that frequency further as we see fit. This specific situation is so rare that we really don't need to be worried about balance at all, much less a 1/2 game.
