I understand that poker tracking software make it easy to see where you're making mistakes and losing money, but lets say you dont play online and play exclusively live poker. I know I have tons of leaks in my live game, as does everyone else, but how do I begin to narrow down live poker leaks?

Do you actively take notes in your phone at the table and see where your spewing off money?? Or do you recommend some form of poker coaching?
