Fold preflop. These guys are just never bluffing. Turn is a super easy fold.
Regarding preflop, I just don't think it makes much sense for me to even continue against recreational players in spots like this even if the equity is close. Thing is, the vast majority of pots I play with these players I will destroy them. I'm stealing pots from them left and right and when we put stacks in the middle they are often drawing close to dead or worse. Once in a blue moon a cooler spot like this will come up and he can just have my $17.
Make no mistake, if they want to battle we can battle but most of these guys are not battling. They are just playing their hands so just give him his $17, he won the minimum, and lets get on to the next hand where we can start printing money again. If he was deeper then obviously we can call with more implied odds.
