Because we’re $400-450 eff and an 11x 3bet is huge and has no discernible impact on FE. $150 preserves the optionality to shove turns for a near PSB or check behind and realize equity.
You also have way more draws than value when you ship the flop so I’d expect you get called even lighter by Jx.
