This is one of the better flops we can hope for without flopping a set and it’s still an unpleasant spot. I like the min 4bet pre to avoid this situation but as played, prob check call, reassess OTT.

I’m tempted to lead out for $110ish but it’s exploitable and I hate my life if he jams all in. Could be up against bigger pair / set or we may end up folding to A7, 87, 98, 88, 99 (depending how loose / tilted he is).

I faced a very similar spot yesterday. I folded, and am fine with that line given the betting for large stacks is open behind us versus a raiser that hasn't opened much plus we're still facing a 3bet on top of that.

Course, in my spot the raiser ended up with ATs and the 3better had lol A2o. Sigh. Still fine with folding.

ETA: I'm not fond of the preflop flat for this much $$$ and just hoping really really really good things happen, but I guess things worked out. I mostly think I have the best hand given the action to this point, so I'd probably donk fairly small (1/3 PSB - 1/2 PSB) to protect against overs and be done with it UI after that.

I think $120 pre is the play here.

As played I'd lead $120 on the flop and hope he folds his overs. If he continues you're probably no good.
