Overpair on wet/dymanic flop mutli way

I'm often a little unsure how to play overpairs on flop textures that not only hit our opponents range but are dynamic and how this changes based on stack sizes and position.
For example:
1/3 $500 eff
LJ limps
H $20 with 10d10c
BTN, BB, LJ call
Flop 9s8s5c
Checks to BTN bets $20
BB and LJ calls
H raises to $120
If called BTN will have about 200 behind
I raised based on the fact that anyone who was strong here would have raised, and btn sizing seems weak as well. But if he leads bigger I may flat. Don't know if its better to bet or check these flops in general because I will get action and often be building a pot for their equity if I bet.
I feel betting might be better w 1010 instead of AA because we block 10J so its one less hand to get called by or worry about.
thoughts?

I think you are overcomplicating this a bit when going for the check-raise line. Its kind of overplaying our tens, and i think you should construct your check-raise range in another fashion multiway on these kind of boards.
I would either check or bet out myself on this flop, depending on stacksizes and what kind of players thats in the hand with me. If i am up against more straight forward players that wont make much trouble for me unless they have a big hand i am inclined to bet out for value/denying equity to overcards. On the other hand if we have some sticky creative aggressive players in the hand that could very well make moves against us or make us hating life with our overpair my default would be to check this flop.

Vs a 20% psb and with this SPR, x/raising this flop is ok, but i'm folding to a jam, which is why I prefer a cbet. A reason to check here is that good players will recognise we don't have range/nut advantage on these types of boards, and put us in some tough spots. But it's 1/3, good players are few and far between, so just bet and make some exploitative folds when facing heavy action imo.
As far as which overpairs you should cbet, the lower the pair the more often you should bet, since we need more protection vs overcards. Also bet (value)hands that unblock draws. So not having a spade in this particular hand is more reason to cbet.

I wouldn't have raised quite so much pre ($10 to $15 is enough, $13 is a pot sized raise), and I definitely would not be playing for stacks on this board in a four way single raised pot where we are reasonably deep. I think c/c is probably the best line.

If btn had us beat he wouldn't bet less than 1/4 pot. BB and LJ couldn't raise a very weak lead. As an exploit I do what you did intending to jam a lot of turns
