Overbet river Vs. Standard bet Overbet river Vs. Standard bet

Not sure my bet on river affected villian almost snap folding decision.
villian been playing tight-ish, frequent limping fold to iso often, raise probably legit hands to ~$12 preflop. Play cautiously when facing c/r on flop against a 2nd set with his nut flush draw.

Hero had Q6h, raised to $7 (5 handed game), action on villian in bb (covered hero's stack) called.

Flop ($15): Td 2s 3s
Villain checked, hero bet $10, he called.

Turn ($35): Ac
Villain checked, hero bet $25. He thought for awhile and decided to call. So hero kinda knew villain holding wasn't strong enough.

River ($85): 6s
completely the flush. Villain checked, hero counting his chips left $98, decoded over betting $101, he folded, hero mucked his hand without showing bluff.

Question:
(a) what hands exactly u put on villian with him c/c till this river.
(b) does standard bet on river will make villian less likely to fold?
(c) does over bet vs over shove all in make a difference in villian calling it down or not?

Thanks.

A: Villain's range here is too broad to try and pick a single hand. T9/T8 or 99-77 look very likely. Obvious calls on the flop but quickly getting worse as you continue betting.
B: Depends on villain and previous history. Some villains sometimes get curious or try to hero call when you over bet, this is common among bad LAGs. Other villains are more likely to fold the more you bet, this is typical of villains only looking at their cards and the board.
C: Obviously it can if there is a big difference in size. If the difference is small it generally doesn't once you are over betting. The psychology is very different on small bets, where a suck bet or a value bet that leaves you with a small stack can be much more scary then moving all in. When you make the smaller bet it just looks so much like you want a call.
