Hero has a winning image and has built 300 buy in to 650ish. I have been isoing limpers frequently and rarely going to showdown without the best hand.
Villain is older and less active. He bought in full for 400. In the last 2 hours he has raised about 5 times and won every pot he has played with flop or turn bet except one. (V raised pre 4 way flop T62r sb leads, 1 field caller and V folds)
OTTH
EP limps, MP V (460ish) raises to 12, BTN hero 3bets black KK to 30 - V calls fairly quickly, limper folds
Flop ($59 after rake) AcKhTc V checks, H bets 45 and is called.
Turn ($149) 6o - V checks, Hero should ??

Glee betting until he raises then start thinking about if AK is a possibility.

Villain has $325 behind, I want all of it. If we make it about $100, pot will be $350 OTR and he has $225 to call a shove. So that's the size I'm targeting.
I would 3! bigger pre if I thought it would get called (depending on table standard) and probably slightly bigger OTF given how wet it is.
EDIT
I incorrectly based this on $400 effective, not $460. Would go larger to about $120.

$110. A call makes the pot $369, and leaves him $285 OTR. Fearing QJ is just MUBSY and we have no reason to stop firing now.

At the table I definitely wasn’t concerned about him having QJ. This was the first 3bet on this table and think he folds QJ and AT preflop.
It sounds like everyone agrees that there is value in betting the turn.
At the table I checked back because I wasn't sure if AQ/AJ would continue and wanted to get one street of value from Ax hands.
Now that I'm away from the table and have some input from y'all I'm realizing that anything that would be willing to call river after the turn going c/c is strong enough to call 75-120 on the turn.

Yeah, you need a turn bet here to play for stacks. Check is just leaving so much value on the table, especially with the club draw...

As a general rule of thumb, don't slowplay vulnerable nuts. Also, you want to get his stack here, yeah he will fold Ax when you fire again, but that's fine, you're never getting much more from that anyway.
What you want is to get paid off by AK/TT/ATss and whatever draw/pair combos he has with Qc and Jc in them.

3 bet more pre to like 40.
Im even betting more on the flop like 50-55 (to have smaller turn and river bet. For him to call easier on turn and river)
AP, turn bet a black chip at least so you can shove river !!!
When you see this flop you wnat to play for stacks and i think its easy if you size your bet good for the river bet to be callable for V with 2p
