An older spot I was just thinking about.

Horseshoe Tunica 2-5NLHE. Hero ( Effective stack - $950 ): Been at the table for about 10 minutes, no real perceived image yet, game was playing pretty deep, when this hand is dealt to H in BB. UTG folds, UTG+1 opens for $25, fold, fold, call from MP, fold, call from CO, call from B, SB folds, Hero looks down at AKdd. Hero makes it $140 to go from BB( sizing wrong or right? ). UTG+1 flats, MP folds, CO flats, B flats. 4 to the flop. Flop is AA2r. Hero continues for $180 ( sizing wrong or right? ) UTG+1 flats, CO clicks it back to $425, and B folds. I tank and jam. UTG +1 folds and CO snap calls. Thoughts? I will post results after a few responses.

Hm. Looks like I'll be stopping off in Tunica on the way out west in a couple weeks!
Ain't no way you're taking it down pre, and frankly I don't see any way you can isolate. I would just raise to $75 and plan on going multiway, which is fine.
I guess post you're trying to bet as much as you can without scaring away any customers. So you done good IMO.
I would not tank, that's a tell.

Thanks, Dave. GL at the tables. I guess I should have mentioned my table was playing like complete maniacs from the moment I sat down. So essentially, my raise pre was for value and not to iso or to take it down pre.

Sizing seems good on both pf and flop. Probably just call the flop and gii on any turn

Thanks for the response. I was ultimately shoving for value because I knew V would never find a fold against my shoving range OTF. This table was filled with over aggressive maniacs/calling stations with 2k+ in front of them. Gotta love the cash games around WSOPC time.

Seems fine. Pre raise seems big but yeah obviously the table was crazy so it was for value like you said. On the flop u have 2nd nuts. CO can definitely have 22 but oh well GG.

hand looks good.
Love the sizing on the flop.
Nothing to protect from so lets bet small and get value from a wider range.
Still 2 more streets to easily stack any Ace.

V snap called with AJ, I fill with a king OTT and V immediately reloads before the river comes out.

If the table is maniacs and overvaluing hands, etc then you definitely have to jam the flop and just hope they don't have 22. With this being said, I always find it tricky when 3 betting AK OOP in multiway pots because we are going to get callers and be OOP the entire hand with a hand that still has hit to win. In this case, it worked out beautifully and probablly would have had a similar result if you just flatted. Sizing has played was really good. Nice hand.

Thanks for the response. The main thing I was wondering about was my sizing on this hand. I appreciate it.
