online rapes me

Do you have a HUD running? If you don't, it is as if you're playing live in a glass box where everyone can see and hear you, but all you can see is the cards.

And everyone knows that baby and dog avatars means a fish on Pokerstars. FWIW, my avatar is a dog.

I found Rush Poker to be very very expensive and dangerous.

When you get action you know you're up against a monster. As one prone to super tilt, Rush is not for me and it had it's fair share of influence in me busting my online bankroll.

Be careful with that crazy bstrd!!

Funny that, I find it easier to read people online than live.

Difference for me is, online, am like: "hmmm, I'm beat here...he has to have [xx]...SHOOOVE!"

Live play makes it much easier for me to fold when I think I'm beat.

HEM FTW

FWIW. I did end up turning a $3 profit that night through Rush poker and purposely taking 4th place in the 6max steps s n gos. Use points to buy $3 tickets>4th place>$2.70>atm>titties

It actually tells you in the lobby the H/hr and it is usually over 250 for .5/.10 NL

ya i had a HUD. it's less useful at lower stakes because there is a pretty low rate of seeing players you've seen before. i think i just ran like death

So HUD now work for Rush poker?
07-26-2010 , 06:56 PM
Well life is changing for me, once again... My current contract will be terminated at the end of next month, so no more "job". Not unexpected and a long time in coming, longer than I expected. After rotting at this backwards company for 4+ years I find myself rusty and out of date of on new technologies with almost all of the industry certifications expired.

I have plenty of money to tide me over, so no worries there.

So I am re-focusing on refreshing and updating my IT skills. I am going thru the process to re-certifying in Cisco and Microsoft technologies. I have a lot of tests to study for, so my time will be limited. While I do not expect to abandon the 2+2 forums, I simply will not be able to spend as much time as I have recently. My goal is to participate in one thread per day, if nothing else its a break from the techno study grind.

If I didn't have time to play cards, I always found posting on here a workable substitute. I hope you still drop by time to time. GL

beat: housemate took my drivers licence to be photocopied, now she has taken it accidently 200km away. No live poker for me for a few days.

Also, i have a terrible flu right now, and havent eaten for 2 days. Its good the sickness and the lack of id occured at the same time, but still....

I'm one of the last people who have never used tracking software. In fact when it came out, I thought it was a form of cheating so I stopped playing online all together. I probably lost money on that decision, or maybe saved myself a lot of losses.

Any of the LIVE peoples wanna play HU4ROLLZ on FTP? I got like $62 on there because someone owed me some monies. No online grinders allowed.

LMK

Better yet...lets organize an online tourney, something that is pw protected. Would anybody be down for this? Probably limit the number of people also to like 30 and make it $10 or $20. If we get enough interest I will contact FTP and see what needs to be done to set this up.

Honestly...lol... I wrote that with you and Kurt in mind... lol irl right now...

But I think we can make an exception for you guys if you were interested. Your contributions make up for what you two will do to us in an online environment.

I've put all my effort into learning to mass-tabling fullring games. Its unlikely the online venue would affect our HU results much.

I've got a little time to kill before heading out to the cardroom today. PM me if you want to HU4LOLZ.
