Day 4 log:

Weight: 238.1

Meal 1: 12oz skim milk, 25g meal replacement protein powder

snack: banana

Meal 2: finger sandwich day at work, I had 3 and a small salad with balsamic vinegar.
pesto chicken, lettuce, tomato
roast beef, provolone, lettuce tomato
prosciutto, buffalo mozz, chile oil

Meal 3: 12oz skim milk, 25g meal replacement protein powder, banana

Workout:
rest day, lots o' stretching and foam rolling

Settled down a bit after making dinner and doing some chores but this whole corporate shakeup is getting to me. So imma keep drinking and whatnot and see where it takes me.

For those playing at home, the brown liquor in play is Michters Rye.

FYI my boss has a 5 year long bet with a former colleague for $5k that tiger would never catch Jack. Today he snap offered a $1k buyout. Former colleague snap declined.

The reason? "You're 60. You may die before he retires."

It's been a cold blooded day in corporate America.

Breakfast 1 egg 1 egg white , mushrooms, peppers and 1/2 avocado

Lunch salmon grilled on a salad (4oz) with dressing

Snack: mixed nuts (200 calories)

Gym: 80-90 min climbing

Dinner (cheated)- steak fajita (1300 calories) and a beer (195)

Wasn't going to post meal ITT, but day 1 of stop being a fatass may have been a miserable fail.

Bkfst: Two pieces of wheat toast w/ grape jam, two sausage patties, scrambled eggs, two cups of coffee w/ milk and sugar <<<---- i never get milk and/or sugar. BTW, this is called the "Star Breakfast" at my local casino. It's supposed to come w/ hashbrowns, but they must have been out.

No lunch:

Dinner: Grilled pork chop (prob 8-9 oz), mashed potatoes, loads of broccoli sauteed w/ garlic s&P in olive oil, two big slices of french bread w/ butter (not margarine).

One oreo cookie.

About 4 16 oz IPAs.

Exercise: mowed my hilly-assed lawn.

40 min on treadmill
PT

Breakfast:
2 eggs, 3 slices of pineapple. Cheerios (dry)

Lunch:
Cheerios
Light & Fit Yogurt (still eating cheap from lol breakfast at hotel)
Sunrise energy bar

Afternoon:
Sunrise bar
Trader Joe's chocolate mousse egg (cheat but only 100 calories)

Dinner:
Blackened chicken salad with light ranch dressing

Came in around 1700 calories on the day.

Pretty sure I'm going to end up hiring out. I typically like mowing, but my house is on a raised corner lot w/ a pretty steep 4 foot slope down to the street. It's not fun.

Day 5 log:

Weight: 239.4

Meal 1: made a shake but my ass forgot it on the counter, so just a Banana

Meal 2: team lunch so went fat kid and ate some burrata(sp?), a short rib sandwich, and ate a few fries

Meal 3: 12oz skim milk, 25g meal replacement protein powder

Workout:
3k meter row
6 mile cycle

Now for an ice cold IPA.

Had jimmy johns and chips for lunch and about to have some BBQ in order to feel normal after my bender last night. I cringe thinking about the consequences...

Actually kind of bummed about having to row and cycle today. It was supposed to be a lifting day, but the racks were full.

Thinking I may need to reevaluate my gym. We just recently got a fitness plan at work for various gyms around the city.

Not a great day calorie wise but not awful either.

40 min exercise bike
PT + extended body weight exercises

Breakfast:
Cheese omelette, Cheerios (dry)

Lunch: on the go
Sunrise energy bar
2 cheese sticks

Afternoon:
4 Oreo thins

Dinner:
Grilled chicken Caesar salad

Evening:
Fried peanuts (1 serving)
Sargento cheese bites

Ended up around between 1900-2000 calories.

Stands to reason that you lost quite a bit of water via sweat. But you've also been hitting the gym and eating well.

I upped the taco seasoning a bit. Might use fire toasted tomatoes next time.

I did prep the chicken breast with salt before hand.

Math is hard, ldo.

No, I totally missed the 2. I went back to the first page and saw 164, I read this as 148 and thought you lost 16lbs. Gaining 88 sounds like a faulty scale.
