Publix very good and Kroger's is solid. Not much to pick from in the ATL other than Wally World and Target. I have recently discovered Sprouts which is ideal for meats/bakery.

The Pig hasn't been around the ATL for a couple of decades. Could sometimes find them in small towns. I believe they are still around in SC and maybe 1-2 in south GA.

Winn Dixie was in Atlanta in the 90s/early 2000s. Such a hell hole. May still be around in the hood but not sure.

Winn Dixie is the market right around the corner from my house (boardering on the hood) - I should start a website called "People of Winn Dixie", it'd be right up there with "People of Walmart".

Publix is the shiznit. Wegmans is the GOAT. My whole fam would purposely drive me back to college after breaks just so they could go to Wegmans.

Day 3 morning for me. Feeling a little tireder at the gym this morning, which is normal for day 3-4 of a diet for me

Was really cranky with my kids last night after not eating enough all day. Had to have a protein shake after dinner to calm down. Definitely sleeping better already though

I use the FitBit phone app. Seems pretty legit and usually has reasonable stand ins for something not specifically in the system.

Travel day so workout time was limited.

45 minutes on treadmill
PT and light resistance cord workout

Breakfast:
Cheese omelette and water

Lunch:
Apple
Sunrise energy bar
small bbq chicken salad (no dressing)

Afternoon snack:
Pretty Good Food sweet potato chips

Dinner:
Blackened chicken salad

Post workout:
1/8 cup pistachios

Roughly 1900 calories on the day.
