Sophomore year I would lose 5-6 lbs in a week, but nothing crazy

During running- I would usually lose 6-8 lbs on my long runs though. Mostly water weight though.

Day 1 recap(likely how I will do daily stat poasts from here on out)

Weight: 244.4

Meal 1: 12oz skim milk, 25g meal replacement protein powder, Banana

Meal 2: 3oz baked cod, 4oz roasted chicken, 1/2 cup rice, 1/4 beans

Meal 3: 12oz skim milk, 25g meal replacement protein powder, Banana

Workout:
4set×7rep overhead press at 90% 1rm
3k meter row
5 mile cycle
1 mile run

Now going to enjoy myself an IPA

I am pretty sure with your background you have a big edge in how to lose weight.

I know how to lose weight quickly and the regain it.

That isn't my goal this time.

I'm going to try to get 20 lbs off. Cut another 5-6 more after June 1 and then gain 5-10 lbs of muscle

slim don't care obv, but used to lose 7, gain 8, lose 10 in a 24-hour period every week or so in HS. Wrestling and heavy flow days will do that to you.

Follow The Rock's diet plan. Expensive and time consuming, but super healthy and muscle building

My wallet was in for the weight loss thread if it had started a few weeks ago. It was insanely fat...now it is skinny. Hopefully I can put it on a bulking routine over the next couple o weeks.

Oh ya and sol - seriously eat an entire bag o dix. U sound like such a tool coming in here and spouting off your nonsense to a group of people trying to be supportive in bettering themselves.

Day 1 complete

Finished with 80 minutes of rock climbing followed by

1/2 bag of zucchini / eggplant from trader joes
7oz chicken breast
1/4 container of mushrooms
Handful of microgreens


Breakfast day 2:
1 egg, 1 egg white
1/3 container of the zucchini / eggplant mix

Had 12 oz of kale soup last night with lotsa water.

Down 3.2 lbs from 198.6 to 195.4. At that rate, I'll be 74 lbs by the end of this competition.

Sustainable!

Yesterday's food log:

2 granola bars
Blackened chicken Caesar salad
6 buffalo wings
1 small slice pepperoni pizza that my roommate cut the crust off of (don't ask)

Estimated ~1.8k cals

Didn't make the gym cuz was at casino til 11.
