I'm doing the IF thing. I do the eatstopeat program, at least one day a week just take a 24 hour fast from all food. That way I can eat heavy the other six days a week, but i still gain a 14.3% reduction in weekly calories. Pretty awesome

Also fasting has ******ed benefits that science is coming out with. non-catabolic, increased BDNF, HGH, test, etc..

Weekend exploits are gonna make the final 8 days close. I may miss the mark by a lb or 2, so I'll donate if that is the case. Not sure of the charity yet.

Weight: 228

Meal 1: 12oz skim milk, 25g meal replacement protein powder

Snack: thinkThin protien bar

Meal 2: 12oz skim milk, 25g meal replacement protein powder. 2 energy bites

Snack: protien bar

Meal 3: 12oz skim milk, 25g meal replacement protein powder. Banana. Carrots w/ low-fat bc

Snack: 1 dunker cookie (about 90 cals)

Workout:
bench press 5 @65% / 5 @75% / 5+ @85%
12 mile cycle

Weighed in today at 204. -5 lbs for the week. I was almost 100% compliant on the diet and did some form of exercise everyday. It's pretty easy to be on a Keto diet right now. I just have to accept there are certain foods I cannot eat.

Highlight foods from the week:

-Spicy Italian Sausages with peppers and onions
-breakfast sausage
-bacon
-meatballs with a little bit of marinara
-cheeseburgers with no bun

Weight down to 223, with 3lbs to go by the 1st. Going to be tough since I'll be in Portland, OR from Saturday - Thursday. In which time I plan to drink copious amounts of West coast IPA's, eat at killer burger and scarf down a bunch of voodoo donuts.

I've spent most of my adult life in the 210-225 range, hit 235 during Wife's first pregnancy, dropped to 200 doing the Atkins style, bounced around otherwise, lowest number was 182 seven years ago when I went strict vegan for six months. No weight loss this week. Weighed in at 204 again. -0 lbs.
-8 lbs in approximately 3 weeks. I'm happy with the work I've put in so far and I'm going to continue the ketogenic diet through the summer. I know I can drop another 20 lbs by September, hoping for 30.

Waddup betches!!

Spent the last 6 days in Portland, didn't gain any weight because I did 3 days of 5k run/12mile cycle .

Missed my phase 1 goal by 2lbs:
Start: 244.6
End: 221.8

I did shave double digit minutes off my triathlon time and increased my lifts by 55lbs during that time. So I'm happy about that.

This now means I need to lose 27 to hit my phase 2 goal by August 7th. LFG!!!!

Wowzers, since the last time I posted when I was 180, I've worked out only twice in that time span, kept intermittent fasting and weigh 176 now, this is the lightest and most cut I've been since hs. I bulked to 220 to play college football about 5 years ago and was always in the 190-200 range since. **** works and I haven't lost much muscle either just stomach continues to shrink weighed in at 176 at gym today wow =)
