I am in for the challenge.

I will weigh in tonight after I wake up just before the National Championship game.

Everyone else, post your weight when you feel like it and your goals.

Good luck to everyone. Let's be a fitter group when we meet up in Las Vegas.

Maybe we should set the final weigh in for just before the $1/$1 game?

Goals : 15 lbs by May 18
20 lbs by June 1

Weight - day 1: 164.9

If I don't lose 15 by May 18, I owe $150 to Alzheimer's

If I don't lose 20 by June 1, I owe another $50 to Alzheimer's

1st meal:

1/3 avocado, 1 egg and 1 egg white. 1 small pepper, 4 slices of mushroom. Hot sauce

Officially weighing in today at 198.6.

Goal is 15 lbs by May 15th, 20 by June 1.

$50 is on each goal, Lustgarten Foundation and Oxfam will be the recipents.

Meal #1: chobani strawberry non-fat yogurt.

Officially weighing: 244.4

Up 6lbs since Friday, so my birthday weekend bulk of sushi, pizza, beer and birthday cake worked wonders. Tho I'm prob going to lose half of that after my morning shyt. All time high of 2016

Goal:

Short term: 25 lbs by June 1st.

Mid term: 45lbs by Aug 1st.

Long term: 55lbs Oct 1st.

Meal 1: 12oz skim milk, 25g chocolate meal replacement protein powder. 1 banana

I suggest going on a non-date. Find a nice person to not ask out, pick a wonderful restaurant to not suggest and then don't even think about a good night kiss.

After 3 or 4 of the above, you'll feel better after all the non-sex you're having.

OK, screw it. I can't sleep so I am going with last night's weigh-in weight.

4/2: 261.8 pounds

Goals

4/30: 250
5/31: 240

Gonna be drinking a lot of water and eating less crap. Gonna try walking more.

I started at 277 in September, got down to 251ish and now have put some back on. It's spring and it's time to look good for the ladies, right?

Seriously, though, need something to counteract sitting at a poker table for 40 hours a freaking week.

I am not going to meet up given i just lit a couple grand on fire (and that was the money I would have used), instead I am going to keep the spirit of lighting something on fire and melt my fat instead of my cash.

starting weight 183.8

3 months - 3 lbs
6 months - 6 lbs
1 year - 10 lbs

This sadly means I pretty much give up liquor and beer

Is anyone going to have a "gorge/off diet" day?

btw - <link not included> I realize everyone is a degen and would rather talk poker than sex, but did you see the link to the Turkish study that claimed heavier people lasted longer in bed than skinny people? If that is true, this thread should be focused on putting on weight instead of losing it.

Sign me up

Gained a ton of weight in my semi-retirement job!! Top ended at 235. Started eating better in late February. Still not great - but better. Started the exercise portion Sunday. Gotta be slow and careful. At my age injuries happen easily and take forever to heal. The last time I started running again I tore a calf - and started packing the lbs on. Not this time!!!

CURRENT WEIGHT ON 4/4/16

222 LBS

Goal:

Short term: 210 lbs by June 1st.

Mid term: 200 lbs by Aug 1st.
Signed up for a run/bike/run race 8/13. If I loose too much before the race I won't qualify for the Clydesdale category!! Oh well.

Long term: 185 lbs Oct 1st. First marathon in the fall - fingers crossed.

Shake for breakfast
9.4 miles on the bike. No wind - easy ride.
