Live 1.2 100 max nl, 130 stack and everyone covers. In mp , 2 limpers I make it 12 with QQ 3 callers,. Pot at 43 flop q46 2 spades, I have no spade. A very loose donk leads for 20 and another loose fish calls and ai decided to callx guy behind me folds. I ended up winning but still feel like I misplayed this by letting potentually 3 people to hit a draw, do you guys always raise here?

I do not slow play here, ever, with this many players, this pot, this stack, and this fop.

The only time to slow play with top set is if it's a dry board and it's heads up (or maaaaybe three way). For example, if it was Q72r you might consider just calling.

You only slowplay if one condition exists
"Can V improve his hand that will call a bet, but will still be worse than your set of queens?"
If yes, then slowplaying is fine. But the condition doesn't exist here. Spade draw, potential OESD, double gutshot, and gutshot straight draws will beat Hero if they come in. And with 2 opponents, you could be dodging quite a few cards.
Need to raise on the flop.
