In a 200NL homegame roughly 3hours into play, the following hand came up. UTG+1 (~150BB) open-raises to 7$, UTG+2 (~80BB) calls MP1 (~200BB) calls. All of the above mentioned players were very lose preflop, so hero (~100BB) decides to just call from the cut-off position with AQs. All others fold.

The pot is 31$ when the flop comes down 965 with 2 spades. UTG+1 C-Bets 20$, UTG+2 flats, MP1 calls as well.

Question: Does hero call or raise?

I'd probably raise/call, assuming we had AQss. We can definitely rep all the nutty hands, and we've got easily enough equity with the dead money to call off if someone ships, although we're not necessarily thrilled about it.

I like a CMR (with the hope to have 3 calls) and a blind shove on any turn.
