NL1/2 100bbmax buy in 6 players

BB is a kinda nitty old man and UTG is a 5-5 reg that don't gives a fk about waisting 200$ he shoved almost any A pre and small PP.

BB(150$)
UTG (200$)
Hero(MP) (115$) (JcJh)

Pre: UTG raises to 10$, Hero raises to 30$, BB calls, UTG calls. (At this point I wanted to squeez the AGGRO UTG and wanted him to 4bet on me)

Flop: (8dAd7D)(91$) BB checks, UTG checks, Hero fire 25$, BB calls, UTG folds. (WRONG PLAY I think)

Turn: (brick)(141$) BB checks, Hero checks.

River: Qd BB checks, Hero shoves all-in for 60$ (Here I knew that if he had any good flush he would have value bet vs a worst one), BB calls

BB shows 5x5d and wins

why did you bet 25 into 90 otf?

don't see what happened otr? you shoved and he won with 55? so the turn couldn't have been a brick then

Your bet on the river is bad. You should shove flop as a bluff or just shut down.

Thanks for your answer, I agree with you now it probably was a c/f. I was kind of stressed and tilted since I just lost flopped nuts flush vs 1 outer str8 flush and of course he hitted

Would of probably been better shoving on flop than river as a bluff?

I don't know, i'm not putting anymore money in on river though with 4 diamonds unless like earlier said i had the J of D.

what is this? If your going to bet then,

why bet $25 into $91??
why check the "brick" turn??
why shove the river when the flush hits???

played terrible on every street.

Bet 2/3 pot on flop.
Bet/shove turn.

as played check back river every time! I don't understand anything you did post flop, imo you played this hand as poorly as possible.

Or check/fold to any bet along the way. There's 3 diamonds and an A on board in a multi way 3 bet pot.

After the flop your called by an old nit. He has an A or a flush, after your turn check he's calling the river and beating you always.
