It is actually up for debate. I hope you sit at my table sometime. This also isn't your thread in case you've forgotten.

Why you call the BB fish? ..., when he's getting odds to call after you called with trash in position. You just telegraphed him that you got trash, that's why you called. What you think a call from the back position means? - All good players will understand what a call from the button is. If I would have been in his place in BB I would have bet $100 plus my new hat and you could not call me.,... haha!... How you like that?

Maybe he knows that he's a fish because he is dressed like a fish, walks like a fish, and talks like a fish. At these stakes many players are not thinking about capped ranges and a fish in particular is not considering if the hero has a capped range. The villain probably isn't even capping hero's range, it's hard to say.

Why would you say "good players" when neither of his opponents are probably good players?

OP, based on your posts in this thread alone I bet every half decent player would advise you to quit poker as a would-be professional. I'm sorry, but there is just no way you can be a winning player long-term. You can always improve, obviously, but I reckon you just have too long a way to go to even start thinking about wanting to play professionally at this point. Sorry if this sounds harsh, but it's up to you to take it seriously. You're not obligated to do so.

I would argue with you, but I think it would be a mistake. I think the OP is a LAG that really hasn't learned TAG well. The problem is that if he switched to TAG, he'll probably lose money initially (which would be bad for his roll) as many people do when they switch styles. I just get the sense that he really needs to learn to play tight, good poker and then base his LAG game around TAG habits.

Just my 2 cents. I think he probably has the potential but needs to strengthen his core.

LAG players can be f*cking great players but I think they pretty much absolutely have to know how to TAG. They always know more than the rest of you dolts.

Call.

When you have a flush and theres 3 to a flush otf there are only 28 other flush combos out there.

It is much more likely villain has AhX or KhX with a combo draw most likely, just from a combinatorics perspective...besides that, people rarely just jam flushes. Fish typically jam when they have a strong but vulnerable hand or a strong draw.

Oh and fold pre. You need like 20:1 IO to call with these kind of hands. But low SCs have RIO also so I'm probably not calling even if villain has 300+. Pocket pairs, sure. AXs, go for it. J9s, maybe. 64s just has bad RIO multiway

Because OP has a trivial calls but thinks calling was a mistake and he never should have been in the hand to begin with

Villan like this who bets every flop checking is actually kind of scary. Typically Vs like this will slowplay their monsters which is hllarious since it kind of turn stheir hand face up.

Flopping a flush this shortstacked is a trivial flop ship, but yeah vthe villan described actually makes it less trivial, not more trivial like others are saying. Anyway, its still trivial, put the money in the middle.

Agree check from LAG is potentially scary but unless she's an extreme maniac she's going to check sometimes, particularly on flops like this. If it gets checked behind she gets a free card. If not she can credibly checkraise and look scary as hell.

It's a trivial call because effective stacks are not deep and we hit a flush and given those two things happened there are just not many flush combos in villains range (max like 26) compared to several dozens of AhX and KhX or pair + fd hands (plus 9 sets and up to 27 2p that might legitimately fear that fourth heart, possibly even overpairs).

And if we're not stacking off with a flopped flush why on earth did we call preflop?
