I just sat down and get dealt AhQs in MP.
Hero ($200)
Villain 1 ($400)
Villain 2 ($300)
Villain 1 limps in EP. I raise to 12 w/ AhQs in MP. Villain 2 calls in HJ. BTN calls as well (but he will be insignificant in this hand).
Flop ($50): AcTc7h. Villain 1 chks, I bet 37, Villain 2 calls, btn folds, Villain 1 calls.
Turn ($161): 5c. We all check.
River ($161): Ks. Villain 1 chks. What is your action?

Against two unknown villains I'm just checking here. I'm not too worried about the flush, V1 is the most likely flush here and should bet something on river if he had it. However, there probably isn't much worse that calls or better the folds on this river. There probably isn't much value to be made and with no reads you have no idea what too bet or how to react to a raise. If V2 bets river it's a judgement call, but mostly a fold to a big bet, he either slow played a flush on the turn or hit two pair on river.

The turn completed the Flush Draw. As far as draws, The K on the river only completed QJ, but it's unlikely that one of the two villians would of called with QJ on your flop bet. So, the flush came in and only one logical two pair hand came in: KT. Although possible it's more unlikely that someone has AK or AT. AK and AT would of raised the flop.
Actually now that I think about it, being it's 1/2NL, I guess someone could have K7 and A5 as well.
So, if we are going to bet the river what hands are we targeting to call: AJ, A9, A8, A6, A4, A3, A2, KQ, and KJ. All weaker Kings probably would fold.
What hands will likely that are likely to be in our Villains hands that beat us: A5, KT, and K7. And of course any flush.
Right now you've put in 25% of your stack. Any decent sized bet (1/3P is about $55) puts in over half your stack. I like check/folding in this spot since we don't know anything about these villains.

You could bet really small, like $40-50, fold to any raise.
Checking back leaves too much value behind.
Nobody at 1-2 is gunna bluff raise river when you bet small.
