TL/DR: I'm a tight online player and I easily get nervous in real life. How do I adjust my game to very loose / agressive live games?

I'm used to playing $ 0.01/0.02 online. I'm a rather tight / agressive player but since I play a lot of ZOOM I'm playing a bit looser now. I played 17/15 over the last week, about 1600 hands.

Now this strategy does not seem to work at all in the casino.
People just throw their money at the pot, nearly every single hand is raised and gets 2+ callers after that raise.
I just don't feel like I can enter these pots without actually have a pretty great hand myself and a decent position.
So I basically shut down and start playing something like 10/5 (no idea really, just making a guess).
Just calling the early raises with strong hands like AQ / AJ from late position, raising them if no one else has so far.

The problem is, the other players at the table might be throwing away their money, they're still not completely ******ed.
Half the table then refuses to play against me and just folds unless they really have something amazing.
The other half starts playing back at me hard, forcing me to fold unless I actually have something.

I'm having a really hard time adjusting to these tables, any tips?

I was thinking about entering the game for a minimal amount of money, so I can be more relaxed with less money at risk and get used to the casino games.
Lowest limits here are € 2/2 with a min/max buyin of 100-500.
I sat down with 200 last week and felt really uncomfortable. It's not that I can't lose the money, I'd just rather not lose it so I get anxious.
Sitting down with only 100 would make me more comfortable, but again, not sure how I should adjust my game to that.
