Aa,kk,qq are out as he would of made a huge raise Pre.

And Semi bluff range 89, 45, A7, 78, flush draws

Pf is fine, I would bet slightly smaller on flop like 2/3 pot and fold to a raise. It is unlikely he is putting in 150 with a hand worse than yours.
