my bluff gone wrong in a 2/5 my bluff gone wrong in a 2/5

Hi all , I would like some feedback about I hand that I play yesterday in a 2/5 game. I usually don't take those kind of line but for some reason I trap myself and manage to spew a $300 stack.

Table was pretty tight/passive with a lot of limper , I was already stock $400 and was completely card dead. I'm in the small blind , 3 people limp for 5 including the button. I look at Q10cc , and decided to raise to 25. Now I could have probably just flat but I felt like making a move and hope to take it down post flop most of the time. I have all the limpers who are flatting pot $100.

flop come 6s6cAs , I cb for 55 it gets fold to the button who flats. Turn comes a pretty blank card like a 4h. At this point I'm a bit confused about what's happening I have no idea if the button limper have either a 6 an A or a flush draw. Because I was playing pretty tight and havent played to much hand I want to represent either AK or AQ . the villain was the only player that I was worried about at the table , I decide to fire an other bet for $100 hoping that he will fold his A or Flush draw , But of course not he makes the call. river an other blank. should I bluff hoping that he miss his flush draw or should i give up knowing that I won't get him to fold an A or better. I realize that the 25 open pre is the worst move that I could have done first. So would like some feedback about what will be your tought about how to play this hand if you open donk 25 pre flop. thanks you . Hope everyone have a good sunday

as described I would probably just flat pre

as played definitely c/f that flop 4 ways

as played give up turn, he's not calling flop with anything that folds to another barrel

basically every decision in this hand was pretty bad, sorry mate

Well, this hand may actually be a positive experience for you if you are able to take a few things from it.

1. Bluffs are most successful when done in position.

2. Don't bluff when you have no equity against your opponents calling range.

3. Don't bluff in a bloated pot with a short stack.

Just call PF unless you have a read that all the limpers are limping with weak ranges. If you DO have that specific read, then I would raise to 40 for thin value/semi-bluff.

As played, I definitely check-fold this flop because it is 4+ players to flop. It is too likely that someone flopped a decent piece of this flop.

Grunch....

Villain is probably not folding a A to a 2nd barrel, he's obviously never folding a 6, most of his flush draws lose to Q high. Next time don't bloat the pot oop.
