Villain 1 is a regular, TAG, may play for a living.
Villain 2 is not. Not bad, but seen some Fishy stuff from him.
Hero has been solid. Not shown any bluffs and only shown down 1 hand that made sense.

Hero UTG with T

Raises to $15.

We get 6 callers. Villain 1 in middle position. Villain 2 in SB.

Flop A

Hero bets $95. Villain 1 calls. Villain 2 calls.

Turn K

Villain 2 checks. Hero?

Flop I think check/raising is preferred. Yes you look strong but I think you look even stronger by raising pre utg and betting into 6 people. Like, if villain has a hand like A9 or AJ do they ever call down to river when you go bet bet bet? Do they even call flop and turn? At least c/r gets some more dead money into the pot,l and might level people into thinking you're doing it with KJss or something. Plus if it checks thru and turn is a blank you're super underrepped and can cooler someone who thinks their ace is the nuts now

As played I'm betting like 2/3rds. Maybe we get a crying call from an ace or a flushdraw to call with bad odds.

More pre 15 just gets called at 2/5 by everyone at the table which isn't good for your utg hands

Since you led pre and post, I think you lead turn as well. If you get raised ... well ... too many draws not to gii, imo. Ksxs is certainly believable, as are lower straight draws that have not (yet) completed.
