I feel like its its a clear shove, but am i value cutting
Myself by shoving instead of just calling and stringing v1 along?

Also v1 could be ahead with any ace, so theres that.

Exactly why i felt shoving was best, because it gets v2 to fold all his weak aces.

V2s range is
Ax Kx Qx and maybe some Jx/Tx and fds

Wouldnt a shove play best against that range, since we get him to fold Ax, and charge his draws?



I guess when v1 shoves we really arent beating his range on the turn very often, so calling to try and stack v2 has merit.

Granted, letting him stay in with a lower fd is very +ev
I think he folds a weak ace anyway facing a shove and call. He should only be continuing with draws and nut hands.

Unlikely, since after the shove and call, he would need to put in $100 to win $560, getting over 5:1 dont see him folding any ace


Still though, if v1 beats us already, i guess it doesnt matter if v2 is beating us ott as well. So shoving basically isolates us against v1 who probably has us currently beat. I guess thinking of it like that, makes me prefer a call...

We still technically have a drawing hand right? Why would we want less money in the pot? We should call here and hope he comes a long considering we have tons of outs against his range. We isolate with big hands to put us against the least amount of draws as possible, we want worse draws and hands we have decent equity against to come a long.

Well the thing that makes it a bit confusing is since we have second pair good kicker, we rate to have the best hand somewhat often against v2.

Also if we do just call... And river bricks and we check and v2 bets, do we fold?

It would depend on sizing and any reads. V2 range mostly consists of weaker fds. He didn't protect against the fd and I don't think he calls flop with weak ace. Id probably have to snap call a river bet from V2 the more I think about it.
