Local 1-2 game. Hero hasn't been too active but has been beaten when he flopped a set and lost to a straight on the river. Hero has rethought and topped up one. In for 700 and has around 300 in front of him.

V1 is an OWG. Overall pretty tight player has the table covered.
V2 is OWW and is actually V1s wife. She is also tight and always seem to have the goods when her money comes out big on the table.
They both seem well to do and seem to have been playing poker recreationally for a number of years. Have heard them tell stories of going to vegas for vacation and etc. End of the day they just play decent solid tight poker and don't get out of line.

Hand starts UTG limp with V1 who opens to 12$ from MP1. V2 calls and Hero (300$)picks ck up Ah5h in the CO. Normally this hand I would put in my 3 bet range but seeing how these two are pretty tight and straightforward I just elect to flat and go multi way and see what develops. Folds to UTG who calls. UTG is a complete fish who hero had never played with but in the short time Hero has seen him he's made terrible plays calling down with garbage. All villains cover hero so I'm the effective stack. V1 and V2 have played with hero before and most likely view me as a solid player.

4 ways to flop (45$) which is Kh8h4s
Checks to V1 who bets 20$ V2 calls and I call and the UTG fish folds.

Turn(105$) is 5c.
V1 checks, v2 checks. I bet 60$ V1 folds and V2 calls. Should I bet betting here to try and take down the pot now? Or just check and see
a free river?I have decent equity against one pair hands here.

River (225$) comes 9d. V2 checks. I'm putting her on mostly one pair hands like a decent King She plays pretty tight and I would expect raises from her stronger hands like sets. She could also be on a flush draw and my pair of 5s beats that but I have hearts myself blocking her from having as many draws. Do I just check back and give up her or do I bluff and target her one pair hands here? If so what sizing do I use? I have around 200$ for a nice a nice pot size bet. Do I just jam for max pressure or bet smaller to look more valuey?

Good V and action descriptions.

I would value-bet bluff here. Her calling range should be pretty bet-size inelastic, and that saves us money when it doesn't work. I go $100 even, or if you know her bet sizing patterns, whatever she would bet here with TPTK or 2p.

This isn't something I would do often, but the V profile and the action of the hand fit. If you had gone c/c until river, I'd give up. Since you took over the betting on a blank turn and she's been the one calling, I think it's good to bet here.

Call pre is pretty marginal. Doesn't sound like these are the people to pay you off big when you hit, though you can probably assume the fish is calling. You still have 3 people who can squeeze. Solid oldsters raise and call, you are going to be up against bigger aces pretty often. On the whole, solid but conservative, experienced players who are not scared money are not the types to play this hand against.

I expect V2 to have about what you said. Some missed draws and a lot of good kings. So I guess your bluff targets are lower PPs. I think some of those fold the flop, some fold the turn and maybe a few call your bluff (your line looks pretty bluffy, as you didn't raise the flop either and shouldn't have KK, K8,84, K4 and maybe not AK). So it doesn't seem like that good a spot to me.

This is the sort of scenario where a bluff raise might work, if she had made a blocker bet or something, but when someone is in check/call mode sometimes your hands are tied. That's why A5s might not be worth much against this couple.
