Max value from top set versus SLAG OOP.

$1/2 $300 max.

V ($1,400) - 75 yo WG playing SLAG and sticky. Absolutely the target. Raises to $10 from MP.

2 callers. H ($240) has KK in SB makes it $65, V calls, all else fold.

Flop ($146)
KQ5r

H checks, V bets $85, H only has $100 behind the $85 if I flat and the pot will be $316 at that point. Whatís the best way to get Vís last $100?

raise. if he has completely nothing you dont get it anyway. but if he has any chance he puts it in now and maybe not on 4th with only one to come or a scare card hit.

If you were IP then I could go for a flat and then just jam turn if he checks. As is, I just put it in now. Pretty trivial spot really, as you barely have more than a min-raise behind.

I c/r’d AI and V folded. I think when I shove after the $65 PF 3b the bottom of my range is like AK. At least if I flat I give V the opportunity to make a mistake, but I also have to give him a potentially free turn and river and the board seemed too connected to give V both cards, even with a smashed flop.

Why check raise? Just bet bet like 70 and then all in on the turn

We are obv not folding any runout. If he’s a slag I fully expect him to bet the turn when checked to, possibly putting you on an underpair, AJ, etc. backup plan to shove the river if he does check back turn. I do like a small flop lead that he may read as weakness and shove over.
