The smell of it actually makes me feel ill and I request a seat change to avoid sitting next to someone who reeks of it. This only happens a few times a year, though.

Anyone who wants to get stoned and play at my table is welcome. I find they are happy to lose their money to me. Intoxicants and solid poker do not mix.

Not really a strat question. As for the actual question, smoke fumes aren't enough to have any THC effect. How one responds to the reek depends on the person. I, personally agree with Asian Nit. Others think it smells great.

As far as game play, obv never play stoned and playing against stoned players is like printing money.
